According to this report in the Jerusalem Post, a decision last night by the National Labour Court has opened the way for the Histadrut to hold a limited, 18 hour general strike next Wednesday. The strike, which could close down the country’s international airport, is over efforts by the trade unions to limit the use of contract labour, including by government.
