This week saw the International Trade Union Confederation’s annual report on violations of trade union rights around the world.  A couple of days ago, we reported on the section on Israel, which was scathing in its criticism.

It’s also worth reading the section on Palestine.

No one escapes criticism — the Israelis, Fatah and Hamas all have done things to undermine workers’ rights in Palestine.

Like the report on Israel itself, the ITUC offers a balanced and comprehensive critique, and is well worth reading if you really care about Palestinian workers’ rights.
